Happy New Year everone hope you have had a lovely break and are ready to embrace the new year with a change. We have 4 new level 2 teaching assistant courses and a level 3 course starting in January. Please get intouch for more details. Dont forget if you are unemployed and claiming benefits these are completley fully funded, if your employed then they are offered at a reduced cost.
We are pleased to announce that we have been awarded Study Programme funding in partnership with Fir Tree Fisheries, the Study Programme is aimed at 16- 18 year olds who will work towards and gain:
Level 1 in Active Leisure
Function Skills in English and Maths
Employability Skills and
Volunteer Work Placement
The progamme is 3 days per week over 24 weeks and a bursary is available for every learner.
Also our new Level 2 Support Teaching and Learning in Schools and Children and Young Peoples Workforce classes start this week (Monday 11th September) which are fully funded for the unemployed and co-funded for anyone employed. These courses are delivered in local venues across the Wigan and West Lancashire boroughs - please contact us for further details as these courses are availableto start 3 times per year.
